Registration - All Programs

The following requirements must be met before commencing a lesson program at Music Education Centers:

1. A commitment to regular attendance
2. Completed Registration Form
3. Signed Photo Release
4. Signed Policy Sign-Off
5. $125 deposit towards the first month’s tuition and registration fee – Private
6. $85 deposit towards the first month’s tuition and registration fee – Group / Class
7. Completed tuition assistance form – if applicable
8. Special Program tuition payment in full – if applicable
